Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chandler

This place has been awful over the last couple months?this is it for me. Spend 13$ on a burrito for it to be the size of a cup of queso?HOW?!? How does this even happen?! Who would make this and think this is a good sized burrito?!?? Not for 13$!!!!

Ate lunch here yesterday and the rice was hard. Sent an email and the response was they wanted to see my bank statement as proof I ate there. Not transaction. Bank statement. I said no to the receipt. Seriously??? With all the previous food safety issuesyou would think they would want to know. Easy to see why they will never achieve 5 stars.

$12 cheese quesadilla was one tortilla folded like a crunch wrap. Ordered this many times for for my daughter to know this is wrong. I have had so many issues with this location. Time to travel further in the other direction.

Disappointed with my visit to this chipotle establishment. Arrived over 30 minutes before closing time, yet we were treated by the crew as if we arrived at closing time. We stood there waiting for service, there were only scraps left, as though they wereunwilling to make anything fresh, because it was closing time, although it was over 30 minutes before. Further, all the chairswere already stowed on the table, giving us no option to dine in, did I mention there was over 30 minutes before closing time?Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this chipotle establishment, this was the worst experience I have ever had at achipotle, and in my opinion, unacceptable. The managers need to step up their game and treat this place like a restaurant, beready to serve customers up until closing time, and not shutdown the dining area until closing time. Unacceptable chipotle,shame on you

I usually never leave reviews, but after my experience today, I have no choice. I came here to order some food for my sick grandmother, and nobody came up to help me. I stood literally for like a few minutes before I seen anyone actually attempt tohelp me. I won?t be returning and I would love to contact corporate and let them know that this location isn?t up to usualchipotle standards. I usually get great service and great food I?ve never had a problem til I came to this location.
