Barro's Pizza - Chandler

I visited there on Saturday night, and there was only one table. our eating was good, but the service and the server were not very friendly. the server had an appointment when she took our order. I would say that eating was good where I would go to another place, but not to this .

This place went from good to bad in a hurry. I've been here for a few years and I'm sad to say I'm not going to come back. 30 minutes waiting time turned into an hour. pizza is badly prepared. both correspond to our last visit, long waiting times and badly prepared. it was just a lie on the theke as they tried to call us about a substitution, but no calls had missed. the worst is customer service. no attention to the people waiting for food. only busy with new people while eating on the table. can also hear about everything they say from the waiting area when they talk badly about the customers. the manager is not there where you can see it. people who come from behind do not look like they have a tediousness to get men's food. extremely unprofessional everywhere. after returning to home and seeing the food, it has little pieces of other things that people have probably ordered, meaning that they clean their prep stations. a part of the pizza is without a cheese and the garlic we ordered is in lumps to find the garlic landmines for us. people like me have food allergies and this is a huge no. I will probably get in touch with the health care office because it feels like this facility is badly managed and has an untrained staff.

I wait 20 minutes on pizza from this place to never wait less than an hour. both women who work in the rule the front have also evolved more and more aggressiv among customers. complaining to other customers in the front lobby, and flat ignoring people. unprofessional, and I will not return to this place anymore. that was my way to see at least once in the week.

The delivery of 4 pizzas on a birthday party of my granddaughter. the taste was very good and the good amount of sweets wobble, tomato capsicum, olive, along with cheese made it quite delicious. it was hot.

It?s a joke! I ordered two pizzas online for dinner and It was almost 5 pm. I got an email regarding my order that showed I will get my order the next day at 10:30 am., I called and the the lady on the phone said there is No delivery after 5 pm. I told her that nothing on the website showed that then she said ok you will get it but it will take an hour and a half!! I didn?t receive it and its passed already been an hour and a half I called them again and they told me No delivery!! I either come to pick it up or wait another 45 minutes!!! I had a really bad experience and ended up without getting my dinner.
