Baja Fresh - Chandler

I can never resist seafood tacos, especially on a Tuesday, and when they send me promotions! The grilled wahoo and grilled shrimp tacos are delicious, especially when paired with the salsa Verde or mango salsa. The cashier and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, even bringing our food to our table when it wasn't busy. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and I had no worries about using the DIY drink mixer or salsa bar. This place is my go-to for a healthy and convenient meal option.

I just ordered a burrito for pickup and it's made wrong. Didn't have any of the special instructions done. Instructions said to call when you arrive for pickup and I called twice with no answer. There were no sauces in the bag like I put, I'm glad I got the mango one when I went in. Big disappointment.

This restaurant is not as good as I remember. It used to be my favorite for a long time, but then it disappeared. Now that it's back, it's even worse.

I ordered delivery from Baja Fresh and it took over an hour for DoorDash to pick it up. When I received the order, the nachos had been sitting for over an hour and were not fresh. The guacamole was brown, the chips were soggy, and the food was inedible. I am extremely disappointed in the poor service from Baja Fresh and will never spend money there again. It's clear they no longer care about their customers. I wish I could post a picture with this review.

We love Baja Fresh and we're excited to get to eat at one today. Wish we had one closer to us but they just keep closing. Very good, fresh food.
