Baluchi, The lalit New delhi .. About Place: The decor of the place was so elegant. Everything was perfect very neat clean. Place was spacious and quiet which we really desired for. One can have a good 5 star dinning here with tempting food and well mannered staff. .. Then we had tomato soup which was okay. In platter we had Achari paneer tikka , subz ki seekh and malai artichoke. Platter was superb all the three items were new unique in taste. Main course was served beautifully all the food items were good and I really loved the gucchi pulao. It had awesome fragrance and taste of saffron. And the paan kulfi was again really refreshing and had proper paan flavour. It was a great experience. .. I am a vegetarian and i prefer Punjabi and spicy food only. Baluchi is like a match made in heaven for me and my family. I celebrated a birthday party here and every thing was perfect. Staff was curtious, food was awesome, ambience was awesome. I was served by mr. Anil and i recommend him to anyone who is worried about getting a good hospitality. For all those vegetarian and Punjabi food Lovers, i have attached my bill having all the vegetarian and Punjabi food you can order without worrying about anything. You can tell about your liking to the one who is serving you, and he will recommend you the right dishes. Just trust him with selection and quantity. Best recommendation is Jeera ananas ab, tomato soup, dhuandar paneer, dal baluchi, paneer lababdar, methi palak the best in world), garlic naan. Just order these things and you will be enjoying heaven of Punjabi food. I was also served with a complementary cake as a Baluchi gift on birthday of my son. They also arranged a high child chair to make my one year old sit and eat comfortably. Overall, worth spending your money. My food was not prepared by a chef as he was absent. But assistants of chef did a great job. I wonder if food could have got any better with presence of chef. The only issue i faced was with food service delay. Every thing i ordered took 30 mins to reach table. My dinner went for 3.5 hrs just because of delay. But it helped us all in chit chat and making space for next menu items. Hope my review was helpful. I will definitely visit again.
