Subway - Champaign

The card of my friend went back and while we tried to sort it (we stood away from the line, and we don't keep it up) they accused us of stealing and didn't let us go. After literally 30 minutes they said, we can throw our food and drink away and go. While we were educating it from the workers, the workers were constantly seeing us and called their manager several times. btw, then we went to the chipotle near and the card did not go back. looks like a subway edition.

Good and fast customer service, all a star reviews must think that its five star hotel and not a subway.

Very rude. my card was rejected and I was accused of stealing. would never go back. Save your money!

Went in with my boyfriend. The guy asked my bf what he wanted while his coworker worked on online orders. Asked me if i was getting anything (as i had a bag of chips in my hands, so obv i did). i said yes he said something about how i should have said something sooner. kept going on ab that so i just walked out. my bf paid for his stuff the guy walked away to work on mobile orders left my bf standing there waiting for his sandwich that was behind the counter for several minutes. then he acted like my bf was dumb for not reaching across their counter, behind their sneeze guard for his sandwich receipt? such bad customer service. won’t be going back.
