Panera Bread - Champaign

Everyone was so friendly and super nice customer service. I appreciate helping me patiently when using gift card/credit card and giving us to go boxes and bags when I asked, and refilling coffee immediately when she notices that the coffee I want was empty. I had 6 hours drive ahead and exhausted drive the same day before, so I could drive with heartwarm feeling. Thank you. I haven't experienced such a nice service and a smile for a long time.

Absolutely amazing service. All employees including management wear a big smile and who want to make customers happy.

Loves the outside seats. I enjoy a Brocolli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl while I sit outside and watch people / traffic. As usual, their bakery product selection is amazing and I'm always trying to buy and try everything!

Great service, fresh soup and sandwich. Lots of space. Chips were not crispy.

The food was great. Cashier ordered wrong thing for one person and didn't realize until plate was delivered to person at the table. Food can't be returned so they gave us boxes to take home the unordered meal and they made the correct meal. Didn't charge anything extra.
