Mcdonald's - Champaign

The food was good the Tomatoes were like mini Tomatoes I was really very surprised and shocked due to the fact of just how small they were I've never seen tomatoes that small on Any Sandwich before!!!! Besides of that fact it was good!!

Customer service here is horrible. This is the 2nd time I’ve done a mobile order and had to go into the restaurant to get it. The manager and other workers walk past like they don’t care about fixing their mistakes. I had to wait 30 minutes for 3 sundaes and a medium fry 15 minutes in the car and 15 minutes in the restaurant. People who ordered after me were getting their orders before me. The manager ignored me saying “excuse me” when I tried to figure out what was going on. Overall a poor environment

If i could leave zero starts I would. I placed a curbside order and waited in the curbside zone for 20 minutes, (nobody was in the drive thru at all) we tried to go inside and ask about what was taking so long with our $20 order and the doors were locked. We walked to the drive thru window and they said the lobby was closed and we had to go through the druve thru even though we expressed to them that we had a curbside order. We went through the drive thru and they gave us our food almost immediately we checked to see if all of our food was there and our fries were dead cold. We went back around and the 2 girls that’s helped us had an attitude the whole time.

Ordered a Double Cheeseburger and Large fries. The burger is definitely old, like it had been sitting for a little while, and the fries, where are they? What I got barely equaled a medium size. $8 for an old burger and medium fry??

Today was different than my experiences over the past year. There was a friendly person at the counter ready to take my order. The food was fresh. The order was correct. I had a much better experience today than several times in the past. Of course I went in there super early so that might have been a difference-maker.
