Le San Marco Champagnole

An Italian restaurant in the centre of Champagnole in the heart of Jura. Beautiful decoration, and nice welcome. Rich map with great Italian gastronomic diversity. Nice wine list as well. The restaurant offers a menu for Christmas. Chicken tenders fried with its barbecue sauce in entry: chicken melting in the mouth with a crispy rosary. Successful entry. Carbonara Linguines and parmesan en suite: medium flat with legs too cooked in my sense and not al dente as expected. Disappointed with my dish but I'll come back to try again.
