The best restaurant!!! 6 stars out of 5. Smart, refined, tasty, from start to dessert. Meat is as good as fish. Burgundy wines are excellent and servers are very good tips. Excellent service, nice terrace. I could go back to Chalon-sur-Saône only for this restaurant. Remember to book, the premises know the address.

A restaurant that doesn't pay a mine from outside... The bosses are pleasant and their server is a professional worthy of a starred restaurant service. The dishes prepared are delectable. Prices, quality of the menus offered are more than affordable. A pleasure, a delicious moment... I recommend to all lovers of gourmet and French cuisine the restaurant Les Canailles. Thanks to the waiter, the smiles and the kindness of the manager...

Everything's good at home! Personally, I tasted the octopus salad and the veal head, followed by a green lemon biscuit. Everything was delicious. The wines offered to the glass were in agreement with the dishes. The welcome is also very well. Close your eyes!
