The level of service and the owner's hospitality are exceptional, 10/10 rating. However, there's room for significant improvement in the food, particularly the Thali. The Thali's components currently lack richness of flavor and have a very homely taste. No one wants to have dishes like aloo bhindi and matar paneer in a restaurant Thali that costs Rs. 200. Uncleji, we support you but I would suggest enhancing the gravies, introducing more diverse items, and moving beyond the usual staples. For example, consider adding dishes like Paneer Butter Masala and Paneer Chilli.
