Subway - Chaiton

Came in late before you guys closed so we could get a bite to eat before we went to hotel since not alot of places open after 9. Your employee Richard Porter was awesome. He made our food perfectly. He was friendly and had a smile the whole time. I like people like him. He made it a pleasure to stop there. Only wish the subway in my town had some one like Richard working for them..

We often stop at a Subway when traveling as the sandwiches are healthy and not greasy. One of the few places that one can also get a salad instead of a sandwich. This facility was clean and friendly workers

Ordered a meal for delivery to the Distribution Center (HyVee has a collab or somethin going where Subway delivers to the warehouse) at 10:30 AM, to be ready at noon (lunch break), they have been late before but not too late to be unable to understand their side. This time it was 12:15 and still nothing but the email told me it was ready at noon. I call the store, they assure me its being bagged and will be ready momentarily, come 12:20, lunch break is over and still nothing, the warehouse guard shack said they'll let me know when it eventually comes, it never came. My shift ended, I head to the store to try and figure stuff out with a manager to find out what went wrong, and surprise surprise, THERE WAS NO MANAGER, AND THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW.So you guys happily took the money, took the tip, but never delivered and when I get there I am told to come back the next day? Great job, Subway. Worst place in Chariton, and that says something as Chariton is horrific.

Took them 30 minutes to do an online order, 15 minutes past when it said it was ready for pick up. I watched them continue to take customers that walked in the door vs. finishing my order that was already half made on the counter.

I wish I could give less than one star. The manager is the worst I've ever seen. does nothing but give customers eye rolls and bad looks. the one employee is always high out of her mind, slower than a snail, has to confirm back every ingredient you tell her (because she's clearly high) do that stuff after work.... also very very rude employees. And it takes twice as long to get one sub sandwich at Subway than it ever has before. I've been In there my whole life and have never seen such poor service, managent. ever. If you want subway it's seriously worth the gas investment to go to Knoxville.
