Burntwood Tavern - CHAGRIN FALLS

This is our favorite Burntwood Tavern. Very picturesque and great place for good food.

The food was so today and unfortunately had a hair in it. We wanted the **** mary bar, but when we went up to get our stuff for it, they were from most everything, even the tomato mixers. We came for my sisters 40. Just disappointed.

The service was extremely slow... it took more than 45 minutes to receive our food, which was just a simple lunch. I would have appreciated a heads up if there were any issues in the kitchen, as it would have alleviated some of our frustration.

Food was very good quiet good for conversation service was excellent! my only disappointment was no bread at the table

Family of four for dinner. Restaurant was about half full. Dining room lit with what look like floodlights (brighter than my well lit kitchen). Ordered cocktails bartender did not make the drinks we ordered. I had to send mine back twice. My husband also ordered a beer before our dinner arrived. The server brought it to him after we finished our meal. The server brought my 14 year old daughter's soft drink in a styrofoam cup, as if she might spill it. No children's menu available because they ran out of paper to print them on. Server did not know what was on the children's menu (I looked it up online). Both kids meals were served ice cold as in still partially frozen. Place makes a good cheeseburger and French dip.
