For my 70 birthday surprise party we had a meal three of us had the steak which was more fat than meat then we got charged twice for two of the meals which nobody realised till a few days later. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

First time here. Absolutely stunning restaurant. The food was so fresh and delicious . Kids eat free with 1 adult meal which is great. Looking forward to going again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went out husband, husband ordered steak I ordered pizza with chicken bacon and mushroom. Waited 15 mins which was reasonable. Pizza came and was wrong, had pepperoni and not bacon, server asked if this was OK to which I replied no I would like him to change it. He then proceeded to check that's what I indeed ordered to which he found out he had taken it down right it was the kitchens fault, I was told it would be 5 to 10 mins. 2 mins later pizza arrived back which was super quick, I was totally disgusted to realise the they had simply hand picked the pepperoni off and threw on some bacon bits. Server asked if I wanted a fresh one to which I said that it what I expected in the first place and not someone to put their hands all over my pizza and give me back a cold pizza. He was told it was absolutely disgusting and we got no apology what so ever. We go I there on a weekly basis and I was appalled at the lack of professionalism from staff.
