Pedens Hotel - Cessnock

The service at Peden's Hotel is exceptional. I want to express my gratitude to the talented chefs in the kitchen. I had a wonderful dining experience and felt very taken care of. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic dinner.

We had a great time at this restaurant. Despite being very busy due to a show nearby, we were able to order our food quickly using a QR code on the table. Our meals arrived promptly and were all tasty and reasonably priced. The service was exceptional, with a young man going above and beyond to accommodate our request to share dishes. He even brought out extra plates and cutlery without us having to ask. His friendly manner and prompt service made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to Peden's for our pre-show meals at CPAC in the future. The only downside was that we were so eager to dig into our delicious meals that we forgot to take photos. Trust us, the food was amazing!

Went out for dinner with my partner and order the Monday night special of rump steak, chips and salad. My partner only ever orders chips and steak only with Dianne sauce and I always order the steak, chips and salad and when we got our dinner brought to us all we could do was look at how small the portions were! Very disappointing

I had never tried a cob loaf before, but OMG yes, definitely order it. The pizza was just average though. It was a bit loud because we were seated right near the kids' area - a mistake on our part.

Absolutely disgusting service. Opted for this option due to the location to the theatre next door, and supporting the Peden name being Knights supporters. Booked for 530 and ordered straight away. From 630 was asking how progress was, had to get dinner take away after 7pm, after the show started, so didn't get to eat it in a a takeaway box after 9pm. The 3 familys in front of us opted for a refund, and I wish I'd done the same.
