We discovered this restaurant thanks to the fork (no discounts) and thanks to the rain. Beautiful place, very well looked after. Let 's get an appetizer for two (good but nothing exceptional, some really excellent salami), two first courses (in one yes he felt very little truffle, in the other, that is, in the carbonara, well maybe a little salt had spilled because it was really, really salty dish and I ate carbonara in Rome and province). The second course was very good, the cooking the meat was perfect and the truffle could be felt much more. Very nice and well-kept restaurant. We found dishes inspired by tradition, but with a modern touch, on the menu. The strangozzi with white ragù and truffle are excellent, accompanied by a good glass of red wine. While waiting for the appetizer we visited the small cellar located inside the restaurant. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
