I personally oriented myself to the dishes of the day with total satisfaction. Then I chose a octopus with potato cream that surprised me: it was the typical seasoning from a life associated with meat but that the cook knew skillfully to reserve to a sea dish, it was great! Full-bodied, savory with selected olive groves ad hoc. The second dish is still present in the memory of my palate. A salmon in almond crust and orange with mayonnaise to soy... Great place to eat in the central square of Cerveteri. I ate a honey gorgonzola cut and really good nuts. Organic Chianti wine very good.
In one of the most beautiful squares in the Old Town of Cerveteri, we find a very special place whose style could be traced back to the Caribbean or who knows what else. The wood is very present and is welcoming for those who can appreciate the genre. The managers welcomed us with care and ready to meet our demands. The menu was: a rich land appetizer for everyone, a well spicy tegamino egg, a risotto of the day served warm and compact to form a tasty and smoking circle, a ruspany and tasty chicken cooked at the right point with baked potatoes that I hadn't eaten of true taste for a long time.
