Tgi Fridays - Cerritos

Ordered a chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun, and the bun disintegrated the second I picked it up. The chicken was rubbery, and they forgot to put the ranch on my bacon ranch chicken sandwich. The server kept disappearing, which was odd because the restaurant was pretty empty. We waited to be seated and then couldn't wait to leave.

Friendly, attentive and upbeat! Multiple members tended to my to go order, informing shouldn’t take long, they meant it too, on a busy Friday evening! Before I realized, was out of the door in no time. A rather present process.

I haven't been to TGIF in years. We came here because the restaurant near by had a 1 hour wait for a party of 3. So we decided to come here instead. I couldn't be more pleased. No wait, food was amazing and service was just as good as the food. We have been back like 3 times and each time we leave pleased.
