Very sad, we were informed that there was a promotion for women when ordering the gold rodizio (seafood), we ordered 3, we waited for more than an hour after the first dishes arrived at the table, an attendant came and asked if we wanted anything else, when we already we had ordered several dishes. After more delay, something came and when we repeated that we wanted the calamari and the crab cone we were informed that they didn't have it as they had run out. Absurd, we ordered the gold rodizio because of the seafood and they didn't have enough to offer. We arrived around 8pm and left after 11pm because nothing we ordered after the first dish came, shimeji, temaki, Hot Roll, nothing came. We ordered chocolate and guava harumaki and it all came with chocolate, an attendant came every hour, everyone was lost at all times, it seemed like it was the first time we were ordering something. It's the first rotation in Brazil where they show you a menu and take your orders, but in the end they only serve what they want. Order a temaki and it doesn't come, order something with dulce de leche and they serve it with chocolate, order a gold rodízio with seafood and they leave you waiting 40 minutes to tell you that it doesn't have it. There was a moment when the ice in the soda melted and the deal hadn't arrived. It's the perfect place to pay a lot and get angry. The first time I went, very well served, excellent waiters, clean environment, well organized, food came quickly, only in terms of dessert the menu states that it can only be one unit per person. But in the end we still bought a delicious natural perfume that I sell at the reception. I will come back and recommend it. They are not prepared to serve rotation, they are unable to provide quality service, I spent 30 minutes waiting for my order to come out and nothing, I asked again and I still wasn't served, I left...
