Virginia Bagel - Centreville

I had a fast and efficient experience at this restaurant. I ordered an everything bagel with Tijuana cream cheese and a cup of Chai tea and received my order in less than 5 minutes. The food tasted delicious.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience with this restaurant. I enjoy their Bagel breakfast sandwiches, especially their everything bagel. However, the owners and managers seem disgruntled that customers choose to buy coffee from Starbucks. They can be rude and sometimes even overcharge customers. I will not be returning unless there is a change in ownership or management. I suggest checking the screen before swiping your card to avoid being overcharged.

As someone new to the area, I will never be returning to this restaurant. I have had three negative experiences ordering simple breakfast sandwiches. Each time, I waited 12-15 minutes for my sandwich only to find out that they had forgotten about my order. Despite tipping well, I was ignored by workers who were too busy chatting with other customers. It seems they are more focused on conversations rather than their jobs. One worker even lied to me, claiming that my sandwich had been taken by another customer when I saw them only carrying one sandwich. There was no accountability for their mistakes. I walked away without asking for a refund. As a New Englander, I expect better service.

Best bagels outside NYC. They're not as heavy and dense as a NYC bagel, but that's not bad at all. The whole family enjoyed eating breakfast here so we came back to breakfast every day we were in the area during this part of our road trip.

Excellent bagels and atmosphere. You're so nice. The sandwich needed another egg or a bigger one. That was my only criticism.
