Ihop - Centreville

This is one Ihop that's larger than most. Being on a Sunday, I expected the service to be slow but 45+ minutes is a bit too slow, followed by a few apologies. The carryout containers and check was another 18+ minutes. As for this strip mall parking lot, there's only one way in and out poorly designed.

Always friendly and quick. The inside is a little worn (some of the booth seats need to be replaced), but we have never had bad service. Always friendly and fast, not a single problem with any of our orders, food is brought out fairly quick compared to other local IHOP locations.

I love breakfast dates with my kids. Today they had all the Halloween decorations out and my kids thought it was fun. They also offered free decorate pancakes for kids under 12. Bathrooms clean/fully stocked and waitresses are super nice. I feel bad they have to cover so many tables though. They work so hard! Easy chill breakfast.

I went to this place this morning (08/22/23) with my wife. The server was so great and delightful. She was so kind and cared for us including orders, offers, and everything. I visited this place so often. It was the second time that I have had such a great service when I compared it with previous experiences. This place makes us always happy... highly recommended.

The food was amazing! We had some of the dinner options but of course, the pancakes are a must! The atmosphere and service is very nice. I ordered a salmon with mashed potatoes and buttermilk pancakes, delicious.
