Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant was just okay, but they have too many items on the menu for a donut shop. It seems like the only thing they focus on is their drive-thru service.
The service is slow and they frequently make mistakes with my entire order, whether I am in the drive-thru or inside the store. I hope they can make improvements.
I had to use the rest room and asked the young man outside who was changing the garbage if he could get more toilet paper as there was very little left and I was not sure if it was enough.The young man went to the back room and I went back to the washroom to wait. I waited 3-5mins and then went out of the bathroom to find the young man continuing to change the garbage out side. I asked if he was going to get the toilet paper or do I need to use the women’s washroom, his reply was that is my is over there. He had left the toilet paper on the service counter, oh wait it gets better so he gives me the toilet while we are standing at the service counter and process to walk out the front door to continue his garbage changing duties. Oh did I also forget to mention that I had to magically transfer that toilet paper into a dispenser that is lock so I had to hold that roll in my hand the entire time while doing my business.
5 people behind the counter and 10 minutes after I ordered I’m told they are out of what I ordered. It wasn’t busy when I was there, just poor staff completely disorganized and more interested in socializing in their own language.
One of the attendants asked me to get out the line because I purchasing too much food... I raised this concern to the customer ombudsman but it seems Tim Hortons didn't care about it. No feed back!
