Jack In The Box - Centralia

They have stopped supporting the mobile app because they don't want to do it lazy.

Drove thru today. Ordered a Southwest salad. They didn't put the chicken on the salad. Ordered a chicken wrap. They didn't give me the wrap. Lazy. They didn't want to wait for the chicken to cook so they gave me my order half completed.

Deleted my review...as I said in last...they don't care about customer service ..we would visit minimum 3 times a week......

Never open when they say they are. I work graveyard and every time I get off work and stop by here they are always closed until almost 5:30, if not longer. Need to update their hours if they're going to remain closed every night when it says they open at 4:30am.

Drive thru guy was super friendly. Very apologetic for the slow service due to only 2 workers.
