Ms Black Bean Hēi Dòu Jiāng Xiǎo Jiě

I revisit this shop frequently for their fresh black bean-made beancurd. The beancurd taste authentic and you may request for less or extra sugar depending on your diet. 3-in-1 jelly soyabean drink is also one of my favourite go-to after a jog in the neighbourhood.

I highly recommend this restaurant. They make their own soya milk and bean curd from black beans, which the owner mentioned they have to peel the black skin off first (as seen in the picture). They have been in business for over 10 years. Their bean curd is the smoothest and silkiest I have ever tasted, especially when served with their homemade sugar syrup that is not overly sweet but still has a fragrant taste.
