Esquires Coffee Shepherd's Bush

I have had a few coffees here and I have loved all of them! The space is nice and cosy, I always try to be in my favourite spot, the sofa near the window! It is great for a rainy day!

Had to try this local coffee shop. I tried their hot caramel macchiato (one shot) and it did not disappointed me since I have been a macchiato geek ever since I tasted coffee. My friends tried the shop’s ice cream frappe and mocha frappe but they won’t suggest it though since it was too watery for a frappe. They ended up asking for cubed ice just to make it taste good. The ambience of place was okay too. A hang out place if you just want to chill but not a good place if you want to study though. Toilet’s a bit dirty maybe because it was almost closing time when we went there to have a drink.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I went in at almost closing time on Sunday and the staff were really friendly and informative i didn't feel rushed to chose or refused to serve! Got a chai for my friend and a coffee the coffee was so good as well very clean and smooth creamy! I was in a rush but next time will definitely treat myself to a cake when I come with friends as the service was fast, friendly and efficient!

Staff was pleasant, had a good deal on coffee and a pastry. I was very surprised when the large latte was MASSIVE, like as big as my head! Come if you need your caffeine fix!

Such an amazing costumer service from holly. She was really welcoming made me pick the right decision to what to order and I’m really happy with my coffee and food that I got all thanks to holly! Amazing costumer service!
