Eriki Indian Crowne Plaza Heathrow

Just had a top class meal in ERIKI where not only was the food delicious but the service was amazing and friendly. My waiter was a chap called Nicelee and although he was very busy had a nice friendly manner. When I ordered a single Moktail and it was slightly late arriving at the table he apologized (although not required as I could see he was busy) he then promptly bought 2 moktails 1 free for my wife! Thanks Nicelee, nicely done! Our holiday is off to a wonderful start.

What a major let down... 1st the food points, Clean, nice music and a quaint atmosphere. Now the bad points... seats are rock solid, obviously didn’t order the cushions from Argos with the Frankenstein chairs. The staff, clumsy at best, service is slow, value for money lol absolutely not! The food was soo bland. No seasoning no spice and no chilly , this is supposed to be a F’ing Indian restaurant! Be advised, if you want and Indian restaurant... avoid this one, you’ll pay double and not get anywhere a close to a microwaveable take out from grocery store.Absolutely appalling, staff just do jobs worth so no point arguing with them. All have stone cold faces not one smile. The new Indian restaurant to try is GT road Langley . Magnificent. Memories of india in Osterley also very nice, bit pricey but value for money and elegance.

We regularly go to this restaurant. Food is very authentic and light. Amazing food. Staff is very good. Nigel the manager goes above and beyond to help customers. Quality restaurant.

Service was really good but the food wasnt up to scratch. The price per dish is definitely not justified.

Why lock me up then? Where is my ARC? I do know the difference between REAL n REEL FANTASY world! Still have to observe the law isn’t it?
