Robles Mexican - Centerville

Beautiful little place with some amazing food. It is a cozy little place and much of it is on the menu plus add all daily specialties on the chalkboard when you go at the place. Look at lunch specialties. It took a while to read through the menu and absorb it. In the meantime, the beautifully seasoned salsa with chips stopped me. They even had Jaritos and I left myself for one on the Fajitas combo. Beef, chicken, onions and paprika came on a splashy black iron plate with wood underwear. Second dish had rice, roasted beans, sour cream, pico de gio and guacamole . There was also a good lime wedge to drop lime juice over meat and rice. The meat was cooked for perfection and full taste. Rice was fully cooked and nice and fluffy, beans were good and consistent and nothing burned or boiled. Portion size was just perfect. The waiter was very attentive and literally in the earplug all the time. I will definitely be back to this place to try more things from the menu.

You have the best Chile Rellenos you will ever eat anywhere!

My husband and I stayed here on a Sunday night on the way to Dallas. The cheeses Enchiladas and chips and Queso were great. Cleanliness and service were top notch.

Amazing diner, diving!!!! Food was really amazing! We didn't expect much, but Fajitas fried guacamole was spectacular! The service was great.... they flew around and made sure everyone took care of it! Would definitely recommend!
