Dutch Bros Coffee - Centerville

I use to absolutely love this place. They do continue to have great service, however: their drive thru system is so difficult. They force you into the right lane and then cars that were waiting in the left lane cut you off and get super upset. Their blended drinks have so much chunky ice in them lately. The chai has no flavor. And the awkward “do you want to leave a tip?” Ugh. I am always happy to tip but it feels so forced. Just not a fan anymore.

Had a gift card here a month ago, since then I have gone everyday with my teen daughter.. I am hooked.. No matter what the location is, all the kids working are the best.. So friendly n helpful..

Good coffee, great customer service, but tipping culture is out of hand.

They always get my order right, staff are super kind and the coffee here rocks.

Look up their secret menu online and order the latte with bananas. SO GOOD
