Waffle House - Centerton

Me and my friend when to this location to have and early dinner, and it was the most cleanest Waffle House i have ever been into. And trust me by me saying this i been to Waffle houses in surrounding states and even some other areas of Arkansas they where GROSS and very unclean, but this one is one of the far best ones i been to it's the most cleanest ones i have been in to be honest.Also as for customer services are waitress was wondful and very professional and friendly, and the manager was a very professional and excellent person on providing quality cusomter service to us all around the employees where wonderful and professional everyone of them, and they valued there jobs and they showed it and they vauled above all there cusomters and store.We most definitely will come back to this Waffle House again to eat, unlike the other waffles house that are unclean and unprofessional don't care about coustomers or there stores.

Our server Jennifer was WONDERFUL!!! I love the waffle house, especially during later hours. This was the first time in forever I went in the middle of the day and of course, it was a bit busier, but they had the staffing to handle it. Our server was new there and my only complaint was surprisingly, the manager, or at least that is who I believe it was. Our server did great but he was being really rude to her instead of coaching her the way a manager should. Everything came out exactly as it was ordered, but as soon as we got our food, he kept staring at our table and didn’t ask how we were until I made eye contact with him as he was staring at us while I was trying to read his name tag. After that, he presumed to complain to the employees, but they were all working. Then he just turned around and started sighing and acting like it was so horrible to do his job and be part of a team. Then he went outside to smoke while all the employees cleaned up the lobby.

Had the best experience. My eggs were not only done PERFECTLY but they were HOT! Very rare do I get that combination. Same with the hubby. Hot, perfect eggs. Coffee and water were never empty. Great service.Food: 5/5

Trent has his store on point as both servers and cooks had their areas cleaned plus stocked prior to Trent arriving. Even though I was in a servers section, I was asked multiple times by everyone if I had what I needed by others that were on the floor. My order was cooked to perfection as I didn't have any issues or missing ingredients. I can't speak as highly about other stores in Northwest AR, but I know that any store Trent has been in charge has always operated with optimal efficiency and I'll always recommend friends to stop in for great service.

My husband went in and ordered take out for both of us. He was ignored several times and then he finally went to the other end of the counter and received help. Placed order and paid for it. There is a small sitting area for take out that was full. Due to my husband having a medical condition, he sat down next to the register at a bar seat . He was then asked to get up because a paying customer may come in and want to sit there. Excuse me…. Who treats someone like this? First of all he is a paying customer. Second of all is it because he has a different skin color than you? Third who taught you to be in food service or any kind of service? Shame on you. We will never go back again!!
