Dunkin' - Center World

I ordered at 330 In the afternoon and when I went to pick up my drinks and donuts, my drinks were fine but my donuts were horrible! They were hard and dry and unbeatable! Nasty!

I accidentally ordered my coffee hot instead of iced and when I asked for a cup of ice they said no and that had to be fixed in the app. There’s no way after I’ve already paid that i can “fix” it other than to ask for ice or buy it and I’m happy to.

There's a few girls that are absolutely awesome but Markia is AMAZING always has my coffee ready even before I enter the lobby...She's definitely a keeper!!!

Would give no stars if possible. Service is always hit or miss. But after today it is definitely more of a miss than a hit. Ordered a tea and it is all ice. My cresant rolls were smashed and not toasted after requested and they have a gross topping on them Vegetarian options: They have a good selection for vegetarians. But more often than not, they mess up the order and put meat on it and you have to go inside it have to go back through the drive thru
