Bidrage med feedbackTwin Peaks Arapahoe was as good as ever. Was able to observe the super bowl with good beer, food and great service. The problem I had was that, although I made reservations over a week in advance, and received a confirmation number, they had no record of the reservation. When I explained that I made the reservation online, they said they had not received the reservation. I was there with seven people and it was questionable if we were to get a table.
I've been to Twin Peaks a lot. I lived in Austin and visited both the North and South locations. So I was very happy to find a Twin Peaks location when I was taken to Denver. I was probably in the Arapahoe location 10 times. Usually I sit at the bar and with the exception of a bartender who didn't catch her name, the rest was not observed and not very friendly. I have sat with an empty glass several times and watched how the bartenders pass without checking or asking if I want another, or they are looking in a corner of the bar and playing with their phones. I have the average rating based on the experience I had in other places. This could use a little more customer service.
Although visiting some popular events, theme week and college was basketball tournaments, the restaurant was not crowded. Not sure why the kitchen was so supported with orders, unless our very rude and inconspicuous waitress used this only as an excuse for why it took so long until our drinks could be refilled, no cutlery to our tables and an incomplete order, although we had asked three times for missing items.
Fun place for lunch with friends. The Spicy Clad servers are very friendly and attentive. The food (who goes there for the food)? Was okay. The brew was cold and served in frothy mugs. “Fun”
I had a great experience at Twin Peaks Arapahoe. The Super Bowl was on and I was able to enjoy some delicious food and beer while watching the game. The service was also excellent. The only issue I encountered was that despite making a reservation over a week in advance and receiving a confirmation number, they had no record of it when I arrived. I had to explain that I had booked online, but they still didn't have it in their system. It was a bit nerve-wracking as I was there with a group of 7 people and it was uncertain if we would be able to get a table.
