Domino's Pizza - Centennial

This place has ruined our orders twice. we ordered two pizzas, and when we arrived there we waited 3 minutes and they were not ready yet, turned out that they were burned. No one told us and we were in charge. when we confronted ourselves with the personal, one of the managers gave us a posture when we were polite. will not be back to this place.

Wow! Ordered a medium pizza, cheese bread and buffalo chicken pieces. Pizza was dry and the chicken barely had any sauce. The cheese bread was good tho. What is making me give two stars is the way the manager acted to everyone, including the employees, when any customer walked in. Constantly yelling about the delivery times, yelling for walk ins to sit down if their name is on the screen. I would have walked off shift if I worked here!!

I hate to admit it, but I love a Domino 's pan pizza. It 's my guilty pleasure. This is the closest location to my house, and I have ordered from them on three different occasions. Each time I order I hope my experience will be different or better. Call me crazy, because every time it 's the same circus show. Place order, order gets made in record time, then wait two hours for order only to be told they 're short on drivers. I get it, it 's a different world we are living in. However, I placed an order in Dec '21 (same scenario), March '22 and August '22 and all ended in the same outcome. My order was never delivered due to a lack of delivery drivers. Waiting two three hours for a pizza delivery is beyond comprehension? There are many other pizza places to choose from that will deliver to you timely, so I 'm not sure why this location cannot get it together? Also, the customer service is appalling. When you call them the first thing they say when they answer the phone is hello we are short on drivers I 'm not sure when you will get your order . Dominos needs to either pay more or shut this location down.

We provided the multiple orders including Pizza, Pasta (without chicken and meat), Garlic bread and chocolate lava Cakes for my kids party. But while we got the order, it was includes chicken pieces in pasta. It is really horrible. We just threw it out. It spoiled our party mood.

We ordered food at 8:50pm and it was estimated to be delivered in 30 min. At 9:15 the tracker said it was being quality checked. At 9:45 it had still not arrived so I called the store. After sitting in hold waiting to talk to an actual person, they picked up and asked if we had already placed an order. I said “yes..” and stated to explain that it has been an hour now and he cut me off asking if my address was correct. When I said yes, and proceeded to explain it has been over an hour, he cut me off again and said it would be the next one out. I said that we were told it would be 30 min and it has been an hour and he got attitude and said “well that was when had another driver. Now one has been sent home and we are down to two drivers.” I said “I understand but it had been an hour” and he said “yours is next! I am leaving with it now, it will be the first of the FOUR I have to deliver, I hope they is ok with you” I said “well yeah…” and was about to say “I guess it has to be since none of us have eaten yet and everything else is closed” but he just said “ok” and hung up!It is now 10pm and our food still isn’t here.
