Bidrage med feedbackUnderstaffed. Took a bit to get spoons for the soup my guests ordered and had to wait a bit for the dressing to come out for my dinner salad. Waiter was pleasant.
I saw this on open table figured it was close by and something we would enjoy..was disappointed restaurant was empty, food was ok, prices reasonable..service was excellent but prefer a little more ambience and maybe tablecloths it’s a very casual dining experience really wanted more
Management knows how to promise her to honor, very satisfied, they make sure they want to return!
I had a reservation for two for a birthday breakfast confirmed by open table for Saturday 7th March at 10a. imagine the embarrassment when we arrived to find the restaurant closed! no lighter, no host, no server. I called the restaurant later on the day to find out what had happened and was said, 'that happens all the time; we have changed our hours, but they can still have a table on the website'. I asked for the general manager and was told him (abel) that he would be later and call me back. it was 4 days and I was not contacted. this is a real shame, as we visited for the first time in the last month (9:30a reservations and the restaurant was open) and had a really great experience. I told several friends of primetime after the last visit, but they can be sure that I call them and tell them they won't leave.
Had reservations for Valentine's Day and when we got there, it was a line around the corner, which led to us 15 minutes too late. when we reached the podium to check in the dame, was very overwhelmed/fluent and asked a few times for the reservation name, because it focused on other things like sitting things. I found my name on the paper reservation sheet and she called a hostess to put us. once sitting, it took approx. 15 minutes to come for someone give us water and asked for our drink order. we asked if they had a wine cocktail menu and the young lady said: "oh myyyyyyyy, she didn't give them a drink menu, I'll get one for them all" and went so fast that I couldn't just tell her what I wanted. 7 minutes later she brings the wine cocktail menu and says she has another table and she will be right back, which was another 5 minutes. of course 30 minutes in total we finally had a bottle of wine to accompany the water. as for dinner hmm....we ordered the calamari, which was extremely salty and could not eat. then the rollers were bought at the table w/ butter, but the rollers lubricated as if they came out of the freezer. for an Italian restaurant I found that strange. then for dinner I ordered the ribeye and kartoffeln and my date had the miso lachs. the ribeye had no taste at all, but the mushrooms that accompanied it were the best. not sure how they seasoned the mushrooms so well, but not the steak. the potatoes were very stiff and dry. the nebellachs was very moist and good, but the broccolini was tasteless. for dessert we had the cream brûlée and it was good. total stay was about 2.25 hours for everything they do not think that we will return, even if I am a 10% discount on goodwill of yelp since I am an elite yelper.
