Avocado Mexican Grill - Celebration

Eating is generally good. we have tried the maisflaks of friedeeis as stale that are not fried. if they don't like to eat outside, it can really hot inside, guess that the ac doesn't work, and they have big loud fans going.

Went for afternoon snacks for the family. Cheese dip was super, appetizer sampler was good, none of us enjoyed the quasidella, it was very greasy. Great guacamole though. Will give it another try soon.

Overall... Not a horrible experience, but not great either. The restaurant was not busy, but the service was slow. The food was just mediocre, not the best Mexican food I've ever had. And I know this is our own fault, but beware of gratuity being included. We were treating our adult children to dinner, and wanted to be quiet about paying the bill, but by doing that we paid less attention to all the details of the check, and a 14% gratuity was included, and then we've gave another additional 20% on top of that, so we actually gave gratuity based on the gratuity being included.I am always generous to waiters and waitresses because I know how hard they work, but it is disappointing to come home and go through your bill, trying to understand exactly why it was so expensive, and realizing that you tipped based on the gratuity being included and they ended up getting about a 50% tip, and the service definitely wasn't worth 50%.

Worst service ever. The server wasn’t attentive at all. We went on Mother’s Day and it wasn’t even busy at all . We waited 20mins just to order apps. We had to ask different servers for re fills on drinks, our check and to take our order. She wasn’t even busy at all and it wasn’t a busy day. I order a taco salad and all I got was a little bit of lettuce and 3 pieces of steak. I would never come here again .

As a uk visitor we was shown around celebrations by the friend who villa we was staying in . Who has traveled to his villa for the last 25 years but said he’s tried all the other restaurants than this one we went to tonight Service was very poor drink didn’t come out together and then the waitress explained that they didn’t have the drink we asked for after 10 mins food didn’t come out together too and the men ordered Wraps with steak but the wraps didn’t arrive and was late making the food cold there was no service really so once the till arrived we had a 18% charge extra on the food due to been 6 of us but we was all paying our own food bill but still we got charged plus we then got charged €33 for service charge we did give a £20 tip but didn’t feel that they give us the service that they was charging us for we got the waitress saying that we hadn’t paid the service charge and was sort then the manager came and then said if we didn’t pay it he was going to call the police’, our friend said that we paid the service charge (tips) what we felt was right and we was happy to call the police , the manager was shouting and made a scene so we paid to our disgust, we was bullied into paying a charge what is not illegal if u feel the service was not their so be aware all English visiting this restaurant the foods not good the service is a 0 points and the rudeness is so bad if u don’t pay for the service what well above any price we have ever come across Is far beyond the asking price and our friend said they are clearly stinging people as he’s never come across a restaurant like it Just read any small print that is on the menu . We will never eat their again ‘ very very poor
