I was eating at the citadel restaurant twice: the first at the end of December the second on January the first dishes were exquisite both times, but the second time the service was a little slow (different from both the holidays and from problems of staff). If I were to be back in celano, I'm sure I'll be back eating a nice plate of pappardelle!
