Dairy Queen - Cedartown

I'm sorry I don't like to leave a bad review, but something has to be done about this facility. the lobby is barely open, they are always out of the witness and when they try to order eating, they tell them only ice cream. the service is terrible. they are rude and very unpredictable.

It's 3:30 a.m., went through the drive and sat for 7 minutes waiting for someone to answer when they didn't, I parked and went in, doors are locked, like someone in there on the phone. amazing, this place is in business

This bad review only in the hope that the manager or owner will get his employees some help and advice. 35 minutes in the drive through 10 cars lined the building - they have never asked the car at the window to simply raise so that everyone could stick in the line. very poor service. it often happens at this facility. there used to be a young man a year or so, who worked and really held dinge flowing, but it's pretty bad as late. it seems no lack of personal, only badly trained. they have the business, but their team needs to lead.

The food I ordered was wrong, the frys tasted like fish! I will never make with cedartown dairy queen stores! I work hard for my money to eat this mess! not worth it! no stars! must close for good!

Blizzard was delish, but lobby was closed and drive thru was slow. I guess like everywhere, not enough employees.
