Jimmy Jacks Rib Shack North Liberty

Wow. What a great place. I'm already concerned for my next visit. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. I'll do what I can to come back as soon as I can and bring friends. You had a special Cajun article on the menu that I would like to visit next. Staff very friendly and helpful. Many seats for small groups. Look at the pictures.

My office commands Jimmy Jacks quite often and I had Jimmy Jacks' range of food. Everything I tried was wonderful. I've never really been to the restaurant and decided that her smoked wings sound incredibly good today. But as soon as I went to order, I saw some burgers delivered to a table and they looked amazing. Greasy, Cheesy and easy. The burger ordered instead and it's just one of the best burgers I've ever lived in Iowa (3 years), and definitely the best burger I had in North Liberty. They simply come with cheese, patties and rolls, but add some onions and pimples from the spice bar and make it a little better. I also have the frits, Mac and Cheese and an unsweetened tea. All three are also highly recommended. The Mac and cheese come a little runny, but as soon as it cools down the sauce thickened and has a beautiful creamy, mild taste. The fries are deliciously seasoned. And the tea is simple, but somehow many places screw up tea.

I wanted to cheat Vegans. Locals should be stolen. This place is amazing. If there's a 6. Star would have given it. Go cross-country without any idea where we are, google pulled through and pulled us out again. No AdWords added. This place is a total score. The guys who started this place hate each other. I came out of town for a company training. Jimmy Jacks was recommended to me by an employee and it was the best bbq I ever had! They had the Fatty Melt Sandwich Special on, and I thought I would try. The brisket was so good, it was not dry at all, the mushrooms and onions were groomed with some cheese until perfection on the brisket. It could not have been better. And to finish everything? Even got a sample of her smoked wings in the original bbq, dry, and a buffalo sauce. The wings and the sandwich were so good! The guy who took the order I forget his name, but he had a beard and was super nice, gave us recommendations where else to try. I've been filled there and taken home with two bottles of their Bbq sauce. I'll be safe back and recommend to everyone to try it. Fantastic food, amazing service and great atmosphere!!! Update: Back for round two a few days later, and the guy to talk to is Kyle. Great guy

I tried fatty beef brisket sandwiches and it was great! It has right amount of fat and perfect with melted cheese. But the cole slaw is only so-so.
