We have used this Subway several times. This review is about the service. Sometimes we 've had great service, at the beginning of this month we had terrible service. I placed my order through the app. It was a super busy day with leaving on a trip the next day. I showed up for my order and the teenage boy stood there and said, we are out of bread. I asked him why he didn 't call me to let me know that (I could have gone to a different Subway). He said, I don 't have a phone. I asked how I 'd get my money back for paying already through the app. He picked up his cellphone and called his manager to refund it. I left feeling overwhelmed with another problem to worry about. I understand shortages. I don 't understand poor communication. He could have called me. I had wasted time.
The dame workers behind the counter delivered the best customer service of any subway I've ever been. not only was it fast, but it was efficient. she had a line that was only gone in a few minutes. a job well done!
