Firehouse Subs Cedar Hill

Every time I go to this place, something goes wrong. Either with the order or how much I'm charged. The staff is rude and it doesn't matter. It won't go back.

It was 11° outside and the cold weather didn't stop me from getting my Firehouse Sub for dinner in a cold night. Food: 5/5

Firehouse Subs Cedar Hill is not an establishment I would recommend unless a few changes are made. It was the first time eating here and most likely the last. We placed our orders and it took 25 minutes to get our food. There was a family who ordered 30 minutes before us and their order ticket was lost. Good thing we got our order before theirs. Our subs were not made the way we ordered them and the taste was not great. Seems as if the person who took our order was not listening to what we wanted and was just trying to get us through the line.

Came here for the first time. It was delicious and the workers at this location were the best and very friendly! I will be here every week because of the great customer service I received.

Every time I order through DoorDash and receive my food, it is never correct. It seems they're throwing my food together and throwing it in the bag. The potato soup no longer tastes the same, but tastes like a pork ****... Perhaps the workers begin to become lazy, and it is time to hire new workers who actually want to do work there
