Burger King - Cedar Hill

In the car drive wait approx. 10 minutes and know you didn't say anything. Pull up to the window and the young lady in the window rolled her eyes and smiled at her employee and didn't have to take my order! I would never go back to this place after I wait in the line to place my order. Don't worry and thought their actions were funny!.

Make no sense!!!! Very slow was in this drive-thru for 10 minutes by car in front of me and cannot move. Hopefully my food is hot and freshService: 1/5

They deserve no stars after today 's experience but unable to post no star rating. I will never go here again. Went through drive thru to pick up quick meal for family. One out of three meal was incorrect, and I didn 't notice until I made it home to check everything. Once I saw the incorrect items I immediately went back to the store to has the issue corrected (leaving the fries and drink at home because I had already eaten/drank from them). For starters I was lied to about who the manager was when I clearly asked for the manager. Then when I told them what the issue was I was given an option to get a refund or have it made again. Already frustrated I choose the refund, however because I didn 't bring the drink and fries (which I had already ate and drank from on the ride home) I was only refunded for the burger and not the complete meal with extra condiments that were paid for on the original transaction. (Per Margret a manager , since I didn 't return the drink and fries I could only get refund for burger) So frustrating, I definitely did not get the so call have it your way experience that this company promotes. Should have gone to what-a-burger!

Ordered Ham, cheese, and egg croissant very disappointed. They were cold. Not like they just set for a while the ham was like they just took it out of the refrigerator..Food: 1/5

I don't really like Burger King but my family does. The food was hot fresh and correct. The app on the other hand was terrible.
