Ale Republic - Cedar Crest

I haven't had a post in a while , tried this place out . So we ordered pizza and a couple of beers , absolutely nothing too brag about the beer wasn't very good and as far as there pizza not good at all ! Our waitress didn't smile at all and the cook was slamming the kitchen door I guess something pissed him off. This place is filthy we didn't eat our pizzas and our beers didn't finish ether. I do not recommend this place .

What a great Find Exceptional Food in a casual setting off the main road. Service was timely and pleasant. We loved our first experience here... and only 20 mins from High Desert means we will return (often) The Cubano sandwich and pizza were both delicious!!! The food was complemented by some exceptional dark beer, hard cider and boocha Love genuine places like this hope you give them a try! You 'll be happy you visited!!!

So bad what happened? Used to love this place but everything was bad last night. Dirty tables, bugs inside, surly staff, and margarita pizza with no cheese on it. Worst of all ordered gluten free and what we got was definitely not. Family member who ate it was so sick all night. Cannot recommend avoiding enough! Restaurants have to take allergies seriously.

Pizza was great ! Outdoors was amazing and beer was good ! Complements to the chef . Love the ambiance

June 5, 2023 Rumors Brewing, (Cedar Crest, NM) We came in for a pizza and drinks on a Monday morning. The Brewery sets back from the road a short ways behind Cabra Coffee. It is to the left hand side from Cabra and a short way down. We were the first ones there. They open at 11 am and that 's when we arrived. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat indoors. Our server was friendly. He explained that the meat toppings were not available. That limited our pizza selections so we ordered an Alta Margarita Pizza cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, red onion, and kalamata olives. I ordered their west coast IPA and my wife ordered a Chardonnay. The interior is a little rustic, but they have a colorful hand painted mural that is kind of cool. They have a pool table and a shuttle board that are also cool. We played a game of shuffle board while we waited for our pizza. The pizza came out in about 15 minutes, which is what you would expect from a brick oven pizza. I thought the pizza was tasty and the west coast IPA was flavorful and refreshing. Not as hoppy as I might have expected. Overall, this was a nice brewery, intimate and enjoyable with good pizza and beer.
