Subway - Cedar City

Subway is my go to place. This location was pretty quiet when I was there. I was getting a pretty big order and there was only one girl making everything. She did an Awesome job, every sub was just perfect and the salads were amazing! Absolutely love Subway!

Waited in line four 37 minutes. Wasn't given what I asked for and when I got my sandwich, I was charged for things I never got. Charged for double meat, wasn't even close to a deluxe. Charged for chips that I never got either, then got sort of mad when I wasn't interested in tipping. Don't ever go to this franchise

Store actually closes 10 minutes before it states so just warning you. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and were informed that store was closing soon. I asked if there was time for us to still order and use the restrooms and was told in not so certain terms, “sure”. Well, we got our food and while my first child was still in the restroom we were told we need to hurry because they were closing in 2 minutes. Then while I was in the restroom the lady told my daughter we need to hurry because she didn’t want to lock us in. This is not the way I was taught to treat paying customers. While sitting there a man came in the door to order before 6pm and was told, “let me look at the clock. Oh no, it’s 6, we’re closed”. I know they were in a hurry to get out, but I thought a business was open for business till the actual closing time. Maybe things have changed.

My low rating is not based on the food it was fine. My rating is how the young female did not change her glove after putting the sub in the toasted. She went over to the cash register and after putting in my order she than went and put the lettuce and pickles on my sub with the contaminated glove she used on the register. Unhealthy practice. Cash register, cell phones are full of germs. I hope this is not the normal practice.

Average subway, you know exactly what type of food you're getting with chain restaurants so the important thing is the staff. And they were very friendly and didn't mess up our orders or anything, so a great overall experience
