Ambiance is cozy and wonderful for star or moon gazing. This casual dining restaurant is a great spot...for hanging out with friends and family. And you should have the silvanas for dessert, it is like no other when it melts in your mouth.

After reading the positive reviews, I decided to give Lucas a try. I ordered the goulash, expecting the European flavors to shine through. Unfortunately, I found the dish to be overly salty and lacked the traditional aromas I was hoping for. Additionally, the waitress failed to mention that the portion size was meant for 4-6 people.

The lucas test kitchen is located on the dach of ethos bloc apartments. it has a wide range of delicious dishes, including my favorite Italian dishes, and also many other dishes from all over the world, reasonable prices, soft background music, low enough to enjoy, but not...loud enough to talk to stifle. as it is a restaurant on the dach with an area outside, the restaurant has a beautiful view of the northern cebu. the drinks menu has a large selection of drinks, and the personal is friendly, charming and friendly.
