The dining experience at this restaurant is truly authentic. The chefs go to great lengths to source high-quality ingredients, including some unique local twists on traditional Japanese cuisine. The restaurant's location is already a bonus, offering a stunning view reminiscent of dining in a luxurious hotel penthouse, especially at night. The menu is extensive, featuring a wide variety of Japanese dishes and drinks. When my group visited on a weeknight, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, but we could tell that the restaurant is likely packed with diners, especially on weekends. Next to the restaurant is a rooftop coffee shop where you can enjoy a post-meal digestif or caffeine fix. I have no doubt that this restaurant will quickly become a favorite among both locals and visitors. I wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends.
