Complejo The Dreams - Cazalegas

Very good! They just failed on our way out. We had paid for an extra night and due to the bad weather we had to leave early. They didn't want to refund the extra night. The Park was empty and claimed to be full from 3pm onwards. We still offered to have lunch at the park's restaurant and they replied that it was not part of the complex. Excellent conditions but poor customer service! If it were a bungalow, I would still understand that we were dealing with an empty park. So if you go camping, pay night by night and not the total stay, that way you won't have the same situation

Nos han atendido de manera nefasta, el camarero nos tiraba los pedidos, a parte, nos indica q no subamos la voz que molestamos a los demas clientes bien sabido que estamos en una terraza y lonultimo que se escucha son las conversaciones de una mesa, super elitista no vuelvo a desperdiciar mi tiempo de ocio en este sitio.

Muy mala la atención y muy groseros no recomiendo este sitio Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

We booked on the terrace for dinner. very professional waiters. The food good. The best thing is the treatment and organization of the terrace staff. Prices a bit high. .
