Cappa Gusto - Cavusin Koeyue

We had a fantastic Turkish meal overlooking the stunning scenery of Cappadocia, including a view of a cave castle. Our hotel recommended this restaurant, and we were very glad we followed their suggestion. The waiter was extremely helpful in guiding us through the menu, and we ended up trying several dishes such as eggplant salad, cappa meatballs, mushrooms cooked in clay, and Sultan's Delight (lamb). Surprisingly, even my mum, who usually doesn't like lamb, loved the Sultan's Delight. We all thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the picturesque view. If we had more time, we would have definitely come back. This was one of the best meals we had during our trip to Turkey - a must-visit establishment.

Their specialty lies in meat dishes, particularly their perfectly cooked rare cuts of veal and lamb. Conveniently located near several hotels, it is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a group of four. Absolutely exquisite! Highly recommended.

Buse was amazing! She gave us great recommendations and kept us entertained as we attempted to speak Turkish. The food was delicious, especially the cold and hot mezze plates. The fig dessert was outstanding. Highly recommend!
