Bidrage med feedbackThe four of us had dinner at this lovely restaurant twice during our 10 day stay in Cava de'Tirreni, great food, wine and service on both evenings! Our server/the sommelier couldn't do enough for us, and the quality of everything was superb! All our chosen dishes were beautifully presented and great portions. I have to confess that I can't remember any of our meal choices, but they were all terrific. Cava has a lot of great restaurants, and this one was, for us, one of the best ones! However, on the second occasion, the sommelier/server happened to be chewing gum while he was serving us and explaining the menu and the wine list to us, and as he bent down in between my husband and I, to fully explain something on the menu to me, I could hear him chewing on his gum and could smell the gum ... it really made me feel quite queasy, and not the sort of thing that would enhance a dining experience. But apart from that, he was very friendly, and we were all made very welcome! Not cheap, but well worth it!
This place was recommended as the place with the best beef in Town! and it was spot-on! great service from the staff as well! the location is good as it is very close to the train station!
In the search for authentic Italian food, my family and I corresponded with our hotel receptionist whom advocated for Braceria Rispoli declaring it as the finest Italian establishment in the area, his bold words were an understatement for the experience we had. We ate at the restaurant twice because we were afraid to be disappointed by eating anywhere else. First, I want to begin by depicting the ambiance of the vicinity. We ate outside both nights overlooking a quiet cobblestone street in a quaint Italian town. We arrived late both nights, around eight, and were greeted by an abundance of locals adding to the charm of the restaurant. Secondly, the food was marvelous, to say the least. Each night they brought out homemade bread, to many people this may sound non-unique, but this was not your normal bread. It was delightful and unique. We ordered risotto and ravioli for our entrees, both of which were the best we have ever had the privilege to have tasted. We finished the first night with tiramisu. Again, this was the best tiramisu we have ever had. The second night we ordered the risotto and tiramisu again because we were so delighted with it. We also indulged in the sun-dried tomatoes, roasted potatoes, and the sun-dried tomatoes. In addition, we ordered the American Angus, and as being Americans we can vouch that this beef was better than we have ever had in America. Simply splendid. Lastly, beyond the food and ambiance the service truly united us to loving this restaurant. We were helped by Amelio and Enzo, both of whom were patient and helped translate the menu to us English speakers. They were courtious and kind and displayed warm hospitality. Braceria Rispoli is a hidden gem exemplifying all of the fine qualities of an authentic, upscale Italian restaurant for a great price.
Braceria respoli never forgets! I was with friends all very good last night... we ordered two steaks a manzetta and a galiziana, exquisite both... I would like to emphasize two things that I think were not going and are to be improved. The first was the quality of baked potatoes, very dry and cold. The second concerns the Galician who was served with at least 400 grams of bone and very little meat. I understand that it depends on the point where it is at the time of cutting but it must be said that it costs 65euro per kg., the quality there is but do not forget that people must still eat...I am sure that the restaurant will accept these tips and improve under this point of view also because the owners are exquisite people who always meet the needs of customers! Only for this I give four stars...the quality of meat is not discussed!!! However good
I'm the best in everything. Humanly and professionally. From the reception to the dishes everything leaves satisfied in the best way. Long-standing restaurateurs, I only welcome myself. I would recommend everyone.
