Triple J Retaurant And Pansit Cabagan

The food, service qnd atmosphere is great. Very affordable price and the surrounding is clean.

Tried the Pancit Cabagan, it was really good very saucy and lots of crispy pork. They are also offering bilao and other lutong bahay . Water and utensils are self service. Ordering was a bit confusing since the staff who takes orders is at one side and the cashier is at another side. Place was good and has parking area. Inside was spacious and lots of tables though for some reason they were only using ceiling fans for cooling.

The place is cozy but poor service. They served wrong dishes, and prioritize customers based on familiarity rather than who ordered first. Nothing is special with their dishes.

Ordered pancit cabagan and batil patong. Both are saucy, no doubt. I can say their cabagan is better than their batil. I've been to Tuguegarao and tasted authentic batil patong there so I already have a point of comparison. They also serve egg broth along with batil but here in Triple J, nothing like that was served. Nevertheless we enjoyed their cabagan. It reminded me of my solo trip in Cabagan Isabela where I had my first authentic taste of this pancit.

1 10 with 10 as perfect: Food 4 Cold noodles for batil patong, beef is ground, food not as expected Service 1 very poor. Cashier is awful. It was 10 after 5 in the afternoon when we arrived in the restaurant. Aware that they closes at 6. We felt so rushed. Not HOSPITABLE for a restaurant to be in a hospitality industry. Cleanliness 5 clean restrooms, but, no soap for handwashing and toilet paper. No hand dryer. Inside is clean, BUT VERY VERY HOT AS THEY TURNED OFF THE AIRCONDITIONING AND ALL CEILING FANS WITH BOTH DOORS CLOSED while there are 20 customers inside the restaurant. We had to turn on the ceiling fan ourselves as it was soooo hot inside with no air circulation. Comments: We left at 6:17 PM. Staff stayed for extra 17 minutes after their closing time. The cashier did really well in providing THE MOST AWFUL SERVICE WE HAVE experienced in all restaurants we've been. Just because, they had to stay a little longer. And we aren't the last customers, there were 2 batches who arrived after us and few more for take outside who they gladly turned down. Recommendation: never visit this place for food and service. Cleanliness is average.
