Bidrage med feedbackThe service was excellent and the food was delicious during my visit today. I sampled two of the newest menu items and enjoyed both - the Southwest salad and the Tomato Basil BLT. The atmosphere can be a bit noisy at times, as the restaurant is often busy with people working or talking on the phone.
The cashier overcharged me and when I called the store manager, Herb, he made excuses and hung up the phone. I tried calling three more times, but he didn't pick up. I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated by the rude customer service.
This Panera location is one of the worst I have ever been to. There is absolutely no customer service here! They substitute ingredients in your order without notifying you if what you asked for online is not available. The food is good when it is made correctly, but that is not always the case. Asking for help is not encouraged at this location. Both the regular staff and managers give you dirty looks or simply ignore you as if you were invisible. It is worth it to take the extra time to go to a different location. This particular Panera does not prioritize quality or customer service.
Meals arrived without sides and the soup spilled in the bag.
