Giovanni's Pizza - Catlettsburg

Every time I come to the doctor at Kings Daughters I stop by here and pick one up to take home because the one in my town, Paintsville, is awful ! The place is clean, the staff is very friendly and the pizza is great. I love stopping in. And they actually have a good buffet(unlike mine... . Keep up the great work !!!

Clean! Friendly and very good food. I am from NJ so it wasn't quite what I am used to but very good none the less. Not what I expected for the area it was located. I was pleasantly surprised.

I was in the Catlettsburg, KY during my last visit home and my fiancee and I wanted to get lunch for us and my sister's family. We saw Giovanni's Pizza and gave it a shot. The food was surprisingly good for a small restaurant in a very small town, and the staff was extremely friendly. We got a pepperoni pizza, a chicken entree, and an Italian meat sandwich to go. At the last minute, I wanted to get a gift card for my nephew, and they were happy to oblige. Everyone dove into the pizza, so it didn't last very long. The crust was nice and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and the cheese was slightly browned just how I like it. All in all, it was pretty good. We were surprised that the Italian meat sandwich was served warm, but it was still tasty. I didn't get a chance to eat the chicken, but it looked good. During my weekday visit, I noticed a buffet filled with pizza and pasta for less than $10. This is a good deal and something that I hope my nephew will take advantage of. I would definitely give it a try if I lived in the area.
