Pastry Swan Bakery - Cathedral City

Ordered 2 cakes for my son's birthdays in January and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! The ladies in the bakery are very talented and what they do is not bake, they create art! The cakes were really delicious, my sons loved them both! It made her days so much special! Great work! The order was also a breeze, quote was given almost immediately and there were no problems on pickup! A very beautiful bakery!

First, I called Palm Springs everywhere to make a cake for my 60. birthday! It was like pulling teeth to get a bakery to call me back! I stumbled on Swan Pastries and they were so accommodating! Not to mention, they have Guava filling!!! They made the most beautiful cake! It was definitely a show stopper and it was also delicious. The color was not exactly Tiffany blue, but it was close enough. It was better than I could imagine. I loved the customer service they provided, their creativity and taste! If I have EVER something in or near Palm Springs, I will definitely always use this great bakery!!!! They won't be disappointed.

My first contact with the bakery was by email. I plan a wedding of Iowa for my son and daughter-in-law, which will take place in Indio, California. I gave the information and the picture of the cake. I received an answer quickly by email to contact the cake decorators via phone call. I called the next day and talked to Charity. She gave an offer went over the details of the size of cakes, servings, etc... She offered several options for flavors, fillings, freezing. Charity provided informative information, very friendly, jovial, large customer service. They could hear their expressions through their voice! Great work. She ended the call that I could call and update my order at any time. Thank you, Charity. About a week ago I called the bakery and spoke to Debra to confirm my order because we buy a pie stand for the cake. I wanted to confirm the height, width and update regarding fresh flowers. Ooops, I also changed the taste of vanilla to champagne. Debra was very friendly, friendly and professional. Debra took the time to answer the question I had. She informed me how many layers of cake, height, width and cake are placed on cardboard on the pie stand. She offered 2 nearby florist options with which the bakery works. I've been contacting the florists since. To date, my experience is EXCEPTIONAL from a simple email to two phone calls. Thanks for offering this service for our special day. I will provide an update after the wedding and post photos for viewers. Thank you again, your staff and your company are appreciated for everything you do.

This isn't my first time in this bakery. And will not be my last. We just had a housekeeper party for our 98-year-old cousin. The cake was delicious. The decoration so enchanting.

Fabulous! Highly recommended. My son ordered a vegan birthday cake for me and, after years of not being able to eat cake due to food intolerances, I was delighted. This cake tasted exactly like CAKE! Thank you, thank you
